Hi! I'm Jo!  

I'm a 48y/o Mom of three teenagers, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Gym Owner and Fitness Expert! 

For more than a decade now, I have been helping hundreds of women over the age of 40 leave the dieting cycle they have been on for years, get maximal results and lose stubborn fat when nothing else seems to work for them anymore. 

One of the most common frustrations I hear among the women I work with is that suddenly after they turn 40 their bodies start to change, mood and energy levels start to dip and what actually begins to rise is their body fat. They have the desire to look and feel leaner but, it doesn't matter what they try to do nothing seems to work like it used to anymore!  

None of this is your fault! When we're deep into our 40's (or sooner for some) and our hormones start to play tricks on us, the old way of dieting hard, over-exercising and counting calories does not work anymore! When we continue to try this over and over, we actually end up doing more harm to our bodies and metabolism, moving us further from reaching our desired goals!

How Coaching Works

After our initial Skype/Facetime assessment I will design your individualized training and nutrition program according to your specific needs, metabolism and schedule. All training and nutrition programming will be delivered through my private application that only my clients can access. I will be in constant contact with you through Email, Facebook Group and text messaging if needed plus, we will be having Facetime/Skype coaching calls every other week. I will be working with you up close and personal every step of the way!
